Conference Registration Fees

Early-bird	March 15th, 2024	Full: CDN$ 1,200 (~US$ 900) Student: CDN$ 900 (~US$ 670)
Regular	TBD	Full: CDN$ 1,500 (~US$ 1,120) Student: CDN$ 1,125 (~US$ 840)

Although registration can be made until the last day of the symposium, the contributors are required to make registrations before submission of full papers.

REFUND POLICY

Cancellation requests must be made in writing before May 1, 2024 and are subjected to a $200 cancellation fee. After May 1, 2024 registration fees are not refundable.
